The Lamps both work perfectly as accent lamps. The cords have a toggle switch to turn the lamps on and off.  Overall, this Vintage set of Atomic Table Lamps are in EXCELLENT condition, showing little to no wear and tear for their age, and with no chips or cracks. Both lamps operate normally.  These cool lamps are made of Lucite/plastic and metal.
